The owners wanted us to restore as much of the 1905 feel as we could. The original hardwood floors had been covered with asbestos vinyl tile, the walls and framing were in rough condition and the brick mortar had deteriorated into sand. Every brick was ground out, two ADA bathrooms were added in the back corner, the windows were restored with custom made matching trim, and the beautiful floors were brought back to life. All framing was sandblasted and stained to match.
